I am excited to be a part of a week of learning and training at Post University. Through this experience, I am finding myself becoming more excited about the different ways that I can engage the students in the learning process. I am looking forward to remaining days of this training, as I continue to learn something new on a daily basis. When you are learning something new, that is engaging and empowering...you become "self motivated" to continue the journey of learning. You become alive!
